The Zinnia Station
Drive over the hill toward Eden Hill Farm and the first thing you'll see is a flood of color stretching all the way across the road frontage — zinnias, in every shade imaginable.
There's a little covered stand stocked with snips, craft bouquet wraps, ribbons, cards, and floral picks. Cut your own bouquet. It's free — though donations are always welcome and appreciated.

Fruits of the Spirit Forest
More than an orchard — a place to walk slowly and let things settle. A winding path leads through 15 varieties of fruit trees and bushes to a shaded seating area made for rest and reflection.
Growing here: Cherries, Blueberries, Mulberries, Elderberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Figs, Pears, Pawpaws, Peaches, Apricots, Nectarines, Plums, Apples, Persimmons.

A working herb garden on the property, feeding the kitchen, the tea garden, and the farmstand.

Most of the harvest is given away or sold at the farmstand. Growing this season: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Carrots, Cucumbers, Cabbage, White Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Zucchini, Squash, Pumpkins, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Honeydew.
Every creature earns its keep.
44 chickens including 14 grown laying hens. Apiary with working bees producing raw honey and beeswax.
The crew
- Marigold — Highland Heifer. Our first Highland heifer and the one who started the whole herd.
- Clover — Highland Cow. A magnificent black beauty and the biggest girl in the pasture.
- TJ — Highland Bull. Our Highland bull, quietly in charge.
- Waffles — Donkey (Jack). Our long-eared charmer with a soft heart.
- Maple — Donkey (Jenny). Waffles' sweetheart.
- Poppy — Highland Heifer. Our little brown-and-white Highland girl, settling in beautifully.
Highlands for sale
We've begun building our fold of Scottish Highland cattle. As the herd grows, we hope to offer well-loved, well-bred Highlands — raised gentle, halter-friendly, and used to people from day one.
The farmstand is open.
Agritourism is coming — farm walks, seasonal events, orchard visits, tea in the garden, and the chance to meet the whole crew.
